Refund & Return Policy — My Nutramid
Thank you for shopping with My Nutramid. We are committed to delivering high-quality, 100% organic and natural nutritional products. Due to the nature of our products (consumables, health-related items), we maintain a strict but fair Refund & Return Policy to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting product safety standards.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1) General Policy
1.1 All products sold on My Nutramid are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns, unless the product meets the conditions outlined in our Refund or Replacement Terms below.
1.2 We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Change of mind
Taste preferences
Misuse or mishandling of the product
Delay in delivery due to unforeseen courier circumstances
Allergic reactions or side effects not disclosed prior to purchase (Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully or consult a healthcare provider before use.)
2) Eligible Refund / Replacement Conditions
Refunds or replacements will ONLY be considered in the following cases:
2.1 Product received is physically damaged, tampered with, or broken upon delivery.
2.2 Incorrect product delivered (different from what was ordered).
2.3 Product is missing from the order.
2.4 Expired product received (extremely rare as we ensure fresh stock).
3) Refund / Replacement Process
3.1 To initiate a refund or replacement request, customers must:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue (unboxing video recommended).
Provide proof of purchase (Order ID, Invoice).
3.2 All requests will undergo verification and approval by our customer support team.
3.3 We reserve the right to accept or reject refund/replacement requests based on the evidence provided and the nature of the issue.
4) Refund Processing
4.1 If approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method or as store credit.
4.2 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
4.3 No cash refunds will be provided.
5) Return Shipping
5.1 In case of product return (if applicable), the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
5.2 Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the error was from My Nutramid.
5.3 We are not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged during transit.
6) Cancellations
6.1 Orders once placed cannot be canceled after dispatch.
6.2 If the order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.
7) Non-Eligibility for Refund or Return
Refunds or replacements will NOT be applicable in the following cases:
Products used or opened.
Products without proper proof of damage/issue.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.
Late delivery caused by courier delays.
